How to submit, please read first.
Choose the department where you work and where the problem is. If you choose the wrong department, your request goes to the wrong manager and gets delayed or rejected. Example, if you work in IT and your office AC is not working, choose IT, your own department, not Airconditioning, so your own manager approves it first.
Then choose your branch, then the maintenance type. Send one problem per request. If you put several problems in one request, it will be rejected.
